ONLY disable in emergencies. When this setting is off, no enquiries will be saved at all and an HTTP 503 error code will be returned.
Disabling this will stop the freshness of listings being updated.
Disabling this will stop image housekeeping running.
When disabled, stops all listing actions running (ie. downloading and publishing new listings)
Disabling this will stop ALL active agents being updated.
Disabling this will stop updated Listing logs being created. Only used for the very first run of the program after uploading first time and importing new data.
